To take advantage of this offer, bookings must be made in-store or over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of you needing to cancel your activity you are entitled to a full refund provided at least 48 hours notice is given prior to the start of the activity. This notice may be given by email,hello@3peakscycles.com, or alternatively by phone to a member of staff, you will need to be able to provide us with full details of your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of the activity we are unable to provide you with a refund. Where possible we will seek to give you the opportunity to reschedule, but this is subject to availability. We will only reschedule your booking once at your request.
In the unlikely event of 3 Peaks Cycles needing to cancel your activity, you will be entitled to a full refund, we will also offer you the opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability. Cycling is an activity suited to all seasons, and almost all weather conditions, hence it is unlikely that we will ever cancel your booking.
